The memory of Norma J Bailey of Norwich, New York, born in Gouverneur, New York, who passed away on April 21, 2024 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Martin and Laura Martin (Rice); her husband Charles Bailey; and her son Allen Bailey. She is survived by : her children, Philip Bailey of Norwich, NY and Sandra Davis of Oswego, NY.; her grandchildren, Anthony Biviano, Bethany Sledziona and Jonathan Bailey; her great grandchildren, Jacob and Gretchen Sledziona; her siblings, Jeanette Faldzinski and Albert Martin; and her cousin Joan Rice. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Columbus Corners Cemetery South Edmeston.
