He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foote and Iona Foote (Elliott). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Foote; and his siblings, Connie Coleman (Harold) of Norwich and William "Chooch" Foote (Karen) of Cocoa, Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
