She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Kellogg and Dorothy Kellogg (Adams); and her husband Thomas E. Frank. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Seeley (Brian) of Norwich, Thomas James Frank (Sandra) of Norwich and Jennifer Sammon (Michael) of Marcellus, NY; her grandchildren, Joshua Seeley, Rachel Seeley, Griffin Frank, Ryan Sammon and Jack Sammon; her boyfriend John Alksnis; her siblings, Larry Kellogg (Pat) of Sherburne, Dick Kellogg (Pat) of North Norwich, Debbie Phelan of Earlville and Phyllis Braun (Rick) of Norwich; and her siblings-in-law, Clifford Frank (Elaine) and Carolyn Broderick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
