With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tammy L. Rumsey of Norwich, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 10, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Tammy departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Tammy. Though Tammy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Brown and Barbara Brown (Meade); and her brother Terry. She is survived by: her children, Gary Easler of Norwich and Sarah Love (Casey) of Buffalo, NY; and her siblings, Tim Brown (Corazon) of Melbourne, FL, Kim Curnalia (Kevin) of Norwich, Mark Brown of Quakertown, PA, Scott Brown (Audra) of Leominster, MA and Tom Brown (Linda Makowiecki) of Churchville, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
