He is survived by: his wife Louise Meyer; his daughters, Audrey Burman and Joanne Pike; his sister Shirley Meyer; and his grandchildren, Kevin Roofner, Dawn Williams, Amanda Ansel, Jeremy Burman, Jason Cooley and Jessica Doolittle.
