He was predeceased by: his parents, Lottie G. Pike-Curtis and Mark Edward Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Katherine L. Budak; his grandchildren, Michelle, Martin, Megan, Olivia and Aaron; and his great grandchildren, Athena, Alana, Collin, Artemis of Apollo, MJ and Ares.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the North Norwich Cemetery Association or the Sherburne United Methodist Church.
