He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ochs and Marjorie Ochs; and his brothers, Jerome Ochs, James Ochs and John "Jack" Ochs.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy L. Ochs (Gresens); his children, Jessica L. Ochs of Nunda and Daniel R. Ochs (Rebecca) of Nunda; his siblings, Barbara Klein of Rochester, Kathleen Shaw (Gene Bouley) and Kenneth Ochs (Christine); his grandsons, Jack, Nick and Mike Ochs; and his godchildren, Austin Ochs and Kaity Price. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
