She is survived by: her children, Safiyyah Sisco, Nefeesa Sisco and Samuel Bilal Sisco Sr.; her grandchildren, Justin, Sy'Deesa Sisco, Ty'Reenie Sisco, Shateer, Samuel Sisco Jr., Elijah Sisco, Yoshiko, Vy'Sobie Evans, Athena Sisco and Lazarus Sisco; her great grandchildren, Vy'Tarie Sisco, Jayden and Ty'Reenie Jr.; and her siblings, Bradford Downing Jr. of Nyack, NY, Arthur Downing of Fairburn, GA, Robert Downing of Riverdale, GA, Harold Downing of Suffern, NY and Gwendolyn Downing (Wendy).

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rock Church (12 Samsondale Ave, West Haverstraw, NY 10993).
