He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenico Giovinazzo and Domenica Giovinazzo; and his siblings, Rina Napoli (Pasquale), Carmelina Fillipone (Sal), Angelina Maggiore (Franco), Carlo Giovinazzo, Gina Giovinazzo and Raffaele Giovinazzo.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Giovinazzo (Miller); and his children, Domenico Daniel Giovinazzo, Giuseppe Andrew Giovinazzo and Briana Jessica Giovinazzo.
