He was loved and cherished by many people including : his spouse Gail Niero Bohlke; his children, Patricia Howell, Theodore Bohlke, Christopher Bohlke (Tracey) and Timothy Bohlke; and his grandchildren, Brian Howell (Rachel) and Haley Howell.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chic's memory to the NavySealsFoundation.org, or to St. Anthony's Church in Northvale.
