She is survived by: her children, Dawn, Anthony and Ashley; her grandchildren, Gianna, Dominick and Lukas; her siblings, Joseph (Trish), JoAnn, Charlene and Charles Jr. (Gina); her nephews, Chris (Christina), Chuckie and Anthony; her uncle Doug; and her father Charles LaVine Sr..
