He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dowling and Sonia Diamond (Hornyak); and his sister Diane Price. He is survived by: his wife Susan Hanley; and his sisters, Susan Houghtaling and Stephanie Lopez.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association, an organization that was close to Richard's heart.
