He was predeceased by : his parents, William Lowder and Barbara Chiuppi Lowder. He is survived by : his son Joshua Butera; and his siblings, David Lowder (Rosann), Diane Price, Dennis Lowder, Dawn Baker (Daniel) and Daryl Lowder (Cindy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
