He is survived by: his son Dustin; his parents, Edward Nemec and Karen Nemec of Elba; his brother Dylan Nemec (Alexandra Foley) of Irondequoit; his grandparents, Kenneth and Joanne Deane of Batavia; and his pet Dominic. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
