He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nickson and May Nickson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Nickson; his son William Nickson (Robin); his grandson Jason Nickson (Sarah); his stepson Michael Cherry (Rebecca); and his stepgrandchildren, Benjamin Cherry (Alicia Rohan) and Jessica Cherry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
