Penny McDaniel Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Penny McDaniel of Oakfield, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 13, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Penny departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Penny may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Penny leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Anabelle Smith (Selfrig); her husband Donald McDaniel; and her daughter Barbara Horn. She is survived by: her children, Larry Mitchell and Tina Mitchell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
