He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Latko and Bernice Lesniak Latko; and his wife Eleanor Cupicha Latko. He is survived by: his children, Richard J. Latko, Jr. (Daisy), Kathleen Padgett, Laura Scarborough (Mike) and George Latko (Diana); his grandchildren, Nicholas Scarborough, Elijah Latko and Drake Latko; and his great grandchild Gunnar Scarborough.
