He is survived by: his sister Jeannine Phillips of Geneva, NY; his nephew Gregory Phillips (Mary Cheney) of Geneva, NY; and his nieces, Cynthia Costa (Steven) of Jupiter, FL and Shawn Lingle of Atlanta, GA.
