She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Noto and Anna Noto. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, John Starck Jr. (Jeanine), Tara Morse (Benjamin) and Anthony Starck (Jeanine); and her grandchildren, Brianna, John, Anthony and Nathan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Frances Starck's honor.
