She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Pritchard and Jimmy Devlin; her adoptive father Urbaniak; her brother Wayne Urbaniak; her cousin Robert Silva; and her uncles, Joseph Correia and Raymond (Karin Silva).
She is survived by: her brother Steven Devlin; her children, Jennifer Hetherington, David "DJ" Belloma, Steven Belloma, Chad Wilcox and Richard Wilcox; her son-in-law Larry Hetherington; Cleone Affonce Silva and Margaret Correia. She is also survived by loving grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
Carol requested that instead of flowers please donate to your local V.F.W. (Veterans of Foreign Wars) Club.
