He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Bower and Helen Bower (Searles); his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Daisy Medlock; his sisters, Marian Traphagen and Connie Woodrow; his granddaughter Rachel Bower-Taber; and his brother-in-law Robert Mix.
He is survived by: his wife Sharron Bower (Medlock); his children, Thomas Bower (Brandy) and Tammie Bower; his siblings, Roger Bower (Bonny), Carmelita Mix and Cheryl Doucett (Russ); his brother-in-law Robert Traphagen; and his grandchildren, Kaleb and Alivia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
