It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie E. Hoose of Odessa, New York, born in Saratoga Springs, New York, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Bailey and Ellin Bailey; her husband Norman Hoose; her brother William G. Bailey; her nephew Joseph Bailey; her cousin Kirk Wilson; and her pet Bubby.

She is survived by : her children, Christina Hoose of Odessa, James Hoose (Brian Thompson) of Interlaken, NY and Michael Hoose (Melissa) of Watkins Glen; her sister Donna Short (Harold) of Cameron, NY; her grandchildren, Ryan Barrett and Kayla Waterman; her nephews, Brian Deming, Troy Deming, David Deming and Billy Bailey; and her cousins, Leion Wilson and Bobby Wilson. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
