He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Smith and Elfriede Smith (Klauer); and his brothers, Donald Smith and Robert Smith. He is survived by: his wife Diana Smith; his daughter Lacey Osborne; and his siblings, Tammy Cutter (George), Nancy Brown (Jim) and Tony Smith (Doris). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with many other family members.
