She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Finley and Edith Finley (Beals); her husband William G. Kroeger; her children, William A. Kroeger and Margaret L. Kroeger; and her brother Donald Finley.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Kroeger (Deborah) of The Villages, FL, Gerald Kroeger (Barbara) of Ogdensburg, Kevin Kroeger (Tracie) of Ogdensburg, Ann Lesperance of Ogdensburg and Karen Sabourin (Randy) of Lisbon; her grandchildren, Michael Kroeger, Elizabeth Colby (Scott), Jennifer Gray (Scott), Jerry Kroeger, Jamey Kroeger (Tara), William Kroeger, Chelsi Bailey, Katie House, Megan Wing, Marisa Tayrien, Tessia Sabourin and Billie Jo Sutton; and her sister Rose Fountain of Chase Mills. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home (528 Franklin St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
