He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman H. Gagnon and Theresa Gagnon (Lesperance); and his brother Norman L. Gagnon. He is survived by: his children, Joniece Harradine (Jamie), Stephanie Michael (Mark) and Noele Weidner (Dan); and his nephews, Norman "Joe" Gagnon and Michael Gagnon. He is also survived by one son; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Frary Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (515 Caroline St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Foxwood Memorial Park (5968 NY-812, Ogdensburg, NY 13669).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Richard E. Winter Cancer treatment center or Ogdensburg Volunteer Rescue.
