He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Carr; and his children, Larry Carr (Jessie), Suzanne McGrath (Bob), Cheryl LeClair (Marc), Erin Ferris (Mike), Terri Ann Williams (Jeremy McDonald), Jarret LeClair (Shannon) and Kevin LeClair (Heather).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Frary Funeral Home (515 Caroline St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM.
