He was predeceased by : his father Loren James; his sister Beverly French (Buddy); and his sisters-in-law, Sophie Brown and Nyoka Brown. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy L. (Foster); his children, Frank Maroney, Rachael Patterson of Massena, NY and Angel Maroney (Mike Fraser) of Ogdensburg, NY; his siblings, Ray Perrigo (Joan) of Syracuse, NY, Ronald Perrigo (Missie) of Ashville, NC, Herb Brown of Norwood, NY, Michael Brown of Winthrop, NY and Sheila Phippen (Richard) of Winthrop, NY; his grandchildren, Skylar Patterson (Aaron Hall), Mallory Otis (Tyler), Kelsi Fraser (Mason Tabolt), Kaydence Fraser and Khloee Fraser; and his siblings, Marilynn and Aliya Otis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins.
