He was predeceased by : his parents, Orville Miller and Claire Miller; and his siblings, Mary Doris Miller, Linda Lee Miller and Orville C. "Buddy" Miller Jr..

He is survived by : his children, Carlie Miller Sherry (Joseph) of New Hartford, NY, Dustin Miller of Ogdensburg, NY and Katie Miller of Ogdensburg, NY; his grandchildren, Claire, Ian Sherry, Grady Pharoah, Mattilynne Hough, Riley Hough, Madison Legault and Hannah Barley; his siblings, Glenn P. Miller (Vickie) of Ogdensburg, Judy A. Bishop (Gilbert) of Ogdensburg, NY and Patricia Miller-Benishek of Windermere, FL; his partner's daughter Stephanie Legault; and his former life partner Sharri Lynne Tooley.
