Hebert of Ogdensburg, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parent Jodie Bell (Horton); his grandparents, Diane and Joseph Foster; and his stepfather Lee Cook. He is survived by : his father Ronald Hebert; his close friends, Khristina Mattlebach of Seattle, WA and Jodie Bell (Scott Bell) of Ogdensburg; his grandfather Michael Horton of Schoharie, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Nixxon, Elias Bell, Gavin, Jace, Christian and Delia Lamay.
