She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ritchie and Ellen "Phyllis" Ritchie (Rumble). She is survived by: her sons, Sean Garman of Ogdensburg and Luke Garman of Corning, NY; her siblings, Joe Ritchie of Ogdensburg, Margaret Garman of Ogdensburg and Susan Ritchie of Florida; and her nephew Matt Garman.
