He was predeceased by: his parents, John Breen and Lillian Breen (Kiah); his former wife Mary Blair Breen; his son Jeffrey J. Breen; his granddaughter Jessica Brady; and his siblings, Betty Kiah, Jack Breen, Virginia Groulx, Mary Louise McNamara, Edward Breen, Ann Munro and Sheila Cipriani.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Madlin (Patrick); his stepsiblings, Elaine Alkerton Spooner and Gerry Alkerton; his grandchildren, Matthew and Kristen Breen; his great grandchildren, Emma and Aiden; and his significant other Helen Pierce.
