With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Jane Rand of Ogdensburg, New York, who passed away on November 13, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her sister Rosemary LaJoy; and her parents, Henry P. LaFlair and Katherine L. LaFlair (Fournier). She is survived by : her husband Leroy Rand of Ogdensburg, NY; her sons, Michael Rand (Heather) of Ogdensburg, NY and Stephen Rand (Leah Thompson) of Ogdensburg, NY; her siblings, Richard LaFlair (Teresa) of Ogdensburg, NY, Bruce LaFlair (Denise) of Ogdensburg, NY and Sally LaFlair of Ogdensburg, NY; her grandsons, Shane Rand and Lorenzo Rand; and her great grandchild Hudson Rand. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
