He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his stepchildren, Jason McMahon (Gina) of Clifton Springs and Bobbie Jo Teriele (Richard) of Ogdensburg; his grandchildren, Devon Durham (Courtney), Mia, Mason, Xavier Teriele, Kohan Teriele and Zachary LaFlair; his sister Mary Pike of Cicero; his siblings-in-law, Nancy Mills (Doug) of Ogdensburg and Corkey Hewitt (Crystal) of Farmington; his nephew Kurt Hoffman (Lisa) of Cicero; his great-nephews, Erik and Brendon Hoffman of Cicero; and his close friends, Leo Limoges of Ogdensburg and Heather McDonald of Ogdensburg.
