He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bylow and Ruth Bylow (Gerber); his close friend Tammy Petrie; and his siblings, Paul, John Bylow, Betty Leeder, Bertha Brooks, Kay Stott and Carol Whitmarsh.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lyle Bylow of Pleasant Lake and Joyce Genito of Lowville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews, and numerous friends.
