We announce the death of John S. Levi of Old Forge, New York, who passed away on July 12, 2026, at the age of 84. John will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Levi and Katherine Levi (Kubica); his wife Lynda Levi; his great grandchild Jonah Hoffert; and his siblings, Chrissy Levi, James Levi, Peter and Paul Levi.
He is survived by: his children, John, II Levi (Thera) of Old Forge, Julie Manzi (Sean) of Inlet, Daniel Levi (Georgia) of Inlet and Gerald Levi (Heather) of Inlet; his grandchildren, Amanda Smith (Gabe Lockwood), Morgan Levi (Tecwyn Williams), Whitney Lawwill (Brandon), Alexandra Rockhill (William), Jordan Pavlus (Garrett), Veronica Manzi (Connor McDuell), Sean Manzi, Jr., Rachelle Manzi, Adam Levi (Maggie), Laura Levi (Kyle Spinelli), Thomas Levi (Macie Capron), Melanie Levi (Connor Glasser) and Britney Levi (Josh Kelly); his great grandchildren, Riedman, Aspen Pavlus, Sullivan, Berkley Rockhill and Goldie Williams; his sister Kathy Kapusta (Frank); his sister-in-law Sonja Levi; and his friends, Jim Payne and Carl Bottenus. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
