He was predeceased by: his parents, Sibyl Oakley and James W. Oakley; and his wife Linda A. Langs. He is survived by: his son Thomas M. Oakley; and his siblings, Carol A. Crawforth of Olean, Kenneth L. Oakley (Carol) of Batavia, Stephen J. Oakley (Michele) of Ischua and Sharon J. Kelly (Jim) of Olean. He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
