He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Pervorse, and Inez Pervorse, Sr. (June). He is survived by: his brother Richard Pervorse, Jr. of Bolivar; and his aunts and uncles, Dean June (Sally) of Attica, Dale June (Muslima), Diane June of Holbrook, Joan Fluker (Richard) of Batavia, Beverly VanAllen of Warsaw and Rose Feenaughty (Dale) of Bolivar.
