He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kopko and Anna Kopko; and his wife Barbara Jean Burrows. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Kopko (Angelina Hinklein) of Jupiter, FL and Patrick Kopko of Olean, NY; and his brothers, Francis Kopko (Fran) of Harvey's Lake, PA, John Kopko (Jack) of Noxen, PA and Joseph Kopko (Joe) of Wyoming, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
