She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Knowlton and Geneva Stevens Knowlton; her daughter Tracy Hurd; and her siblings, Ken, Pete Knowlton, Mary Elliott, Margaret Larkan and Jane Champlin.
She is survived by: her husband Frank A. Williams; her son Scott B. Rossingnol (Barbara Jimenez) of Carpentersville, IL; her stepdaughter Margaret Walker (Shane) of Conway, SC; and her siblings, Marcella Brown (Roy) of Port Allegany, PA, Loraine Knowlton of Olean and Willard Knowlton of Jamestown. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
