Cook (Jeff) of Olean; her grandchildren, Tavien Kemp (Ryleigh), Latrell Kemp, Kailyn Vanderhoef, Hannah Vanderhoef, Brayden Cook and Blake Cook; her great grandchild Ghiabella Kemp; and her siblings, Mark W. LaRue (Gail) of Bradenton, FL. and Michelle Carucci of Olean. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
