She is survived by: her mother Mary Alice Schieler Maynard; her former husband Richard D. Meadows; her son Keith James Maynard of Olean; her grandchildren, Ashley Lynn Maynard and Jerry James Maynard; her great grandchildren, Henry and Malcom; her sister Jeannie L. (Albert); and her grandchild Michele Butler of Olean. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and the mother.
