She was predeceased by: her stepfather Louis Osten. She is survived by: her parent Vickie Osten (Michael Bell) of Florida; her close friend Aaron Geise; her children, Makenna "Mikey" Cummings of Olean, Draven Cummings of Olean and Asher Cummings of Olean; her siblings, Dave Zawatski of Key Largo, FL, Dana Hopkins (Richard) of Burlington, NC and Brian Zawatski of Salamanca; and her friend Amanda Perez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
