He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Lowe and Jeanne A. Belleisle Lowe. He is survived by: his siblings, Roberta J. Savoy (Daniel) of Allegany, Roger W. Lowe (Jennifer) of Little Genesee and Todd A. Lowe (Sue) of Portville; and his friend Mike Caya (Michelle). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
