It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David M. Stewart of Olean, New York, born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Barbara Jeanne Mattern and Roger Francis Stewart. He is survived by : his wife Patricia "Patty" Stewart; his stepchildren, Eric of Olean, Jason of Olean, Amy of Olean, Wichert of Olean and Amanda Peters of Olean; his granddaughter Morgan Wichert of Olean; and his sisters, Carol "Jan" Blakeslee (Gregg) of Cary, Annette Morrison (Ellis) of Greensboro and Kim McCullough of Chapel Hill.

Memorial donations would be gratefully received by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org) or the SPCA in Cattaraugus County, 2944 Route 16 in Olean (spcacattco.org).
