He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Piccirillo; his children, Amy Briggs (Joshua) of Kings Mountain, NC, Jeffrey Higley (Casey) of Summer, SC. and Kyle Higley of Olean; his grandchildren, Johnathan Briggs, Jacob Briggs (Makayla Person), Jazmin Higley (Lovell Fanene) and Jordan Milch (Jeff); his great grandchild Hattie Briggs; and his siblings, Joseph Higley of Olean, Debra Wineberg of Olean and Jenny Kohl (Douglas) of Alabama.
