Edwin R. Maynard Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin R. Maynard (Olean, New York), who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond W. B. and Mildred D. Miller Maynard; and his brother-in-law Russell Coy. He is survived by: his wife Lynne F. Lawrence; his son Erik Keech of Franklinville; his grandchildren, Mason, Maddilynn and Maybel; and his sisters, Diane Gangemi (John) of Muncey, PA, Carol Carll (Kevin) of Allegany, Terry Slater (Michael) of Great Valley and Melanie Coy of Gifford, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home (3128 W State St, Olean, NY 14760). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
