He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaylord E. "Doc" Seelbinder and Patricia Haskins Seelbinder; his son Garrett D. Seelbinder; and his siblings, Thomas Seelbinder, William "Bill" Seelbinder and Glenda Armstrong.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his son Keith Seelbinder (Angel) of Virginia Beach; his grandchildren, Cody and Cameron; and his siblings, Daniel Seelbinder (Maryln) of Chatfield, MN, Tracey Seelbinder (JoAnne) of Peterson, MN, Steven Seelbinder of Oronoco, MN, Kim Steelbinder and Debbie Peterson (Mark) of Fredonia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. (646 E State St, Olean, NY 14760). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
