He was predeceased by: his mother Marion Olick. He is survived by: his father Marion Barth; his daughter Jocelyn J. Hagan of Olean; his brothers, Anthony J. Olick of Pittsburgh, PA, Coty J. Olick (Katie) of Attica and Nicholas Stives of Pittsburgh, PA; his niece Aria; and his nephew Oliver.
