He is survived by: his wife Tami Sue Hassett; his children, Joseph Lee Reed (Madelyn) of Buffalo, Samantha Raye Reed of Olean and Alex M. H. Reed of Olean; his grandchildren, Brianna, Kemper and Noella; his sisters, Kathy Duino of Olean, Karen Delong (Paul) of Allegany, Anita Schnell of Olean and Helen Kay Reed of Olean; and his pet Blu. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. - Olean (646 E State St, Olean, NY 14760). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
