He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald E. Munday and Joyce A. Johnson Munday; and his brother Mark Munday. He is survived by: his children, Thomas S. Munday of Jamestown, Chris J. Munday (Angela) of Olean and Melissa S. Fisher of Olean; and his siblings, Ronald Munday (Ronda) of Duke Center, Randy Munday (Marie) of Ashville and Sandy Golden (Roger) of West Ellicott. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
